I'm Rae, an intuitive guide and Human Design reader dedicated to helping others move from surviving to thriving. My own journey through grief and healing has taught me how to hold space with honesty, compassion, and even joy.

What started as a personal search for healing has grown into a calling to support others in reconnecting with their truth, their body, and their spiritual gifts. Through readings, workshops, and community experiences, I offer grounded guidance with a spirit of curiosity and play, so you can remember who you are and live in alignment with it.
